Our Services & Fees
Private Pay. We Offer Superbill For Reimbursement! Check With Your Insurance Provider If They Provide Out-Of-Network Benefits.
Helpful Questions To Ask Insurance Provider:
Do I have out-of-network benefits? If so, what is my out-of-network deductible?
Does my plan cover occupational therapy services from an out-of-network provider? (Some plans may have exclusions.)
What is my coinsurance rate (i.e., the portion of the bill you are responsible for)?
What percentage of the costs does my insurer cover? (This will indicate the amount you might be reimbursed.)

School Visits:
$75 per 30 minute session
$115 per 45 minute session
Home Sessions:
$150/hour (includes 50-55 minute treatment session followed by 5-10min of parent education)
Additional $30 fee per 30 minutes of travel

What to Expect
Step 1 - Gather Information
Contact us through email or phone to schedule a time to discuss your child and the services we can provide. If you are ready to move forward, we will schedule an initial visit and send you an intake form. This form must be completed prior to the initial visit.
Step 2 - Scheduling Therapy
You will be connected with Ms. Laura or one of her therapists to schedule a day with your child for an evaluation. Once that is completed, we will set up a consistent schedule.
Step 3 - Watch Them Grow
Watch your little one grow! It is an exciting time to see your child grow through our services while enjoying the process! Therapists will provide suggestions for activities to do at home to continue their learning and progress.

We use play-based learning for our approach! Ms. Laura goes beyond just a paper and pencil for learning. Children need to be engaged and use a multi-sensory approach to learning to engage their minds and help retain skills learned.
